After a lovely night at Storyboards, i have some quick lo's to share, The first being "Build' using this months kit Kelsey.. Love the colour combo, very well suited to my Boy layouts. The simple tie if the bow using the material was very successful it brightening up the lo!!
The second is a double for my holiday album, that took me most of the night, i am enjoying using the multiple photos!! The glimmermist helped to tie the two pages together.. Thanks for dropping in.
My 12 by 12 Holiday album is coming together really nicely!! Those of you who know me, know that i rearly do 12x12 pages, but with this album i had little choice!! I have so many photos to scrap that the bigger album is more suited to the bigger format!!
Anyway some quick shares for you, i am starting to use a little more paint in my lo's and enjoyed doing some straw blowing on this Double. Something also rearly do is use raw chipboard but love what it did for these pages. Kaitlynne Royl mentioned that this was not my usual style, but i am pleased with the end result.
The third lo come together really quickly, i love the summery feel to this page!! I really love this Photo of Nayte.
A Short break from Work means more time for scrapping!! i have really loved this months kit from Storyboard kits i have managed to to two lo's from the kit so far... Lisa warren has managed to do seven, that's one great kit!!
Anyway, i loved having a play with all the lovely elements in the kit, using the hessian and fabric was somewhat of a challenge, but pleased with the end result. I did add a chip board branch to add some depth.
This kit has also shown to be versatile when it comes to gender... its not out of place with my boy los!! it did lend itself nicely to do my Strawberry lo!!
A quick share, this lo is from our holiday album!
This lo was done using the lovely April 1st sketch from Stuck sketches . Timer town was so much fun! Graeme and the boys loved all the old world charm!! cant wait to go back next year!
Last night was wonderfully relaxing, catching up with some friends that i have not seen in a while!

The second is a very quick layout i whipped up to complete the night.
Thanks lisa for a wonderful night!
Another lo for the colour room challenge pallete no #51 I thought that this combo would not work with any of my photos. The misting and inking really helped to make the colours pop!! really pleased with end result!!
This rainy weather has lent its self to do some awesome scrapping. Totally inspired by this weeks The Colour room palette #50... may have to do another using the colours. They are having a blog hop this week to celebrate their 50th Palette!!

When we went to the zoo on holidays Nayte put his finger in the cockatoo cage and got a nasty cut from a hungry bird!! Jack was really upset about it and returned to the cage to ask the bird " say sorry to my brother". when i asked him if he thought he could answer he said he can say hello he sould be able to say sorry!!
