Say Sorry

When we went to the zoo on holidays Nayte put his finger in the cockatoo cage and got a nasty cut from a hungry bird!! Jack was really upset about it and returned to the cage to ask the bird " say sorry to my brother". when i asked him if he thought he could answer he said he can say hello he sould be able to say sorry!!
This layout was done using the latest colour pallete #47 from the color room a really nice combo!!

The next is one of this months Inspired Blueprints sketch #65, i have worked the sketch around somewhat, but really happy with the end result!! One of the quickest lo's i have done in some time!!

 A big thankyou to Lisa Warren for giving me some of her spare chip board, that was perfect for this lo, i love these photo's great memories!!

The  next lo to share is Feb 15th Stuck sketch another great sketch to manipulate and use for two photo's  again i really enjoyed doing this sketch as well!!

A challenge accepted.

Hello to you!!

 Yesterday i was on face book and i saw that Lisa Warren  had a list of things she was going to do and at night she was going to scrap, so i challenged her to do Palette #46 at the colour room, she accepted my challenge so i cant wait to see what she come up with!!
So here is my entry into this weeks Palette, really loving the colours that were lovely and perfect for Jacks preschool photos!!!
i have included the palette if you want to play along, please comment if you do i would love to see your lo and send some love your way!

 The next one id like to share is the first of our holiday pictures, Nayte loved the beach bit was a Little scared of the waves so he would put himself behind the fence for safety. A really quick lo to complete but happy with the end result.

This lo was done using the current kit from Storyboard kits its called Hudson a lovely bright kit and great for the latest Inspired Blue prints sketch #66 really nice colours and another quick lo!!

Cluster fun!

 Another lovely pallete from the colour room is making me step out of the usual colour combinations!! It is also helping me to use up a lot of the odds and ends that i have in my stash!!

I have included a close up too.



I would like to mention a close friend who has made some lovely cards and things go have a look at what she has for sale at  Blonde brat pack

Whitewashed....

 

A quick share of a layout i did at scrapbooking delights on friday night!! it was for a very challenging  Palette #44  {Family Room} "Whitewashed". kaitlinne was a wonderful help on friday, after lots of frustration i was finally happy with the end result.... Have a look at the other enteries at The Colour Room... some lovely work there...

I have really enjoyed playing around with this weeks colour room  Pallette #43 and here is my second layout. Really pleased with the end result.  i have been trying to use the green tara branch for some time and finally found the right place for it!!

One more thing to share with you.... a lovely photo of my big boy.... cant wait to scrap it!!
